River Levels Are Rising

(Lake County) - Between record high temperatures that are melting snow, and over one inch of expected rain, river levels in Northeast Ohio are on the rise.

The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for Geauga, Cuyahoga, Lake and Ashtabula Counties until 11:30 p.m. Tuesday because of the rain and snow melt.  1-2 inches of rain has fallen in Greater Cleveland as of 11:30 a.m.

There could be some localized flooding, based on how high water levels go.
