(Cleveland) - Police say they have found a 12-year-old boy walking in the rain this morning on an I-71 ramp at West 130th Street shortly after he was reported missing.
Detectives report the youngster was unresponsive, not able to answer questions and had no shoes on when he was located by officers.
The boy was taken to Fairview Hospital and was later transferred to the Cleveland Clinic's Pediatric Intensive Care unit.
No criminal charges have been filed in the incident, which remains under investigation.
Investigators are asking anyone with information about the boy is to call Cleveland Police at 216-621-1234.
