Coast Guard Pulls Body From Lake Erie

(CLEVELAND) - A body was pulled from the waters of Lake Erie Saturday afternoon.

The U.S. Coast Guard responded to the scene near the East 72nd St. Marina by Marginal Road, along with the Cleveland Division of Fire and EMS crews. 

The person's identity and cause of death are not known at this time.

Officials say the body had been in the water "for some time," although it is unknown how long.
