(Cleveland, OH) -- The man accused of shooting a Case Western Reserve University student is facing charges. Javon Williams was charged yesterday with attempted murder. Cleveland police say Williams shot the 20-year-old Case student on Murray Hill Road this past weekend during an apparent carjacking. He's being held a million dollars bond.
