(Cleveland) - The former head of the city of Cleveland's Community Development Department, and the current head of Neighborhood Housing Services of Greater Cleveland has been arrested in an internet sex sting.
43-year-old Michael Cosgrove allegedly set up a meet to have sex with someone he met online whom he thought was a 15-year-old girl, but instead turned out to be a member of the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Department. He was taken into custody Monday after arriving at the agreed meeting place on Monday. He was initially jailed in Cuyahoga County on ten thousand dollars bond.
All three counts in the indictment filed against Cosgrove are felonies.
