Cleveland Police Looking For Missing East Side Group Home Resident

Cleveland - Police are searching for a 64-year-old man who has been missing since Sunday.

Leonard Dickey left a group home in the 3500 block of East 118th Street around 4pm Sunday.

A police report says that Dickey, who has schizophrenia and early-onset dementia, told the home’s owner he was going out for a walk, but did not return and does not have his medication.

Officers did find out that Dickey had been taken to MetroHealth Medical Center by ambulance Sunday from East 119th Street and Union Avenue for treatment on an unspecified reason, but was released by 6pm.

Dickey is described as 5-foot-11, 160 pounds, bald but was wearing a gray and black hat, blue and beige coat, black dress pants and a blue knit shirt. He also was wearing black shoes and walks with a limp. He is missing his front teeth and wears glasses.
