Cleveland - Cleveland Police are investigating a suspected homicide on the city's east side.
On Tuesday at around 11:14 pm, officers responded to 17006 South Miles Road for a male shot. Upon arrival officers observed the victim with multiple gunshot wounds and begin rendering aid until EMS arrived. EMS conveyed the victim to Metro where he died.
Police say that the victim was seen walking with an unknown person when gunshots were heard. An unknown male was observed leaving the scene and entering a white Jeep which immediately fled the area.
Officers on scene also recovered a loaded handgun underneath the victim. Members of the homicide unit responded for investigation.
