Israel Dominguez II was arrested on October 20, 2020.

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Israel Dominguez II. Dominguez is wanted for murder by the Lorain Police Department.It is alleged that on August 7 near the 1800 block of Garden Ave., Lorain, Edward J. Suggs, 56, was shot and killed by a stray bullet fired by Dominguez. Suggs was sitting on the front porch of his own residence when he was shot by a stray bullet after a physical altercation between Dominguez and other parties broke out across the street.

Dominguez, 20, is described as a Hispanic-black male, standing approximately 5 feet 7 inches and weighing 175 pounds. Dominguez’s last known address is near the 2200 block of Washington Avenue in Lorain, Ohio. Dominguez is to be considered armed and dangerous.
