CLEVELAND - On Saturday, January 21st, at 12:04 am, a black man approached a vehicle parked at an ATM in the shopping plaza at the corner of Fulton Road and Memphis Avenue, pointed a gun at a woman's face, and said: "Give me everything you got."
She gave the man money, and he began shooting at her vehicle several times. The man-made her exit the car, and he drove off.
The car was later located by another police.
