(Euclid) - Euclid Police responded to a scene on the 700 block East 250th street in Euclid after getting reports of shots fired Thursday afternoon. WKYC reports that witnesses heard around 20 shots. First responders were seen carrying someone out on a stretcher from a home there.

Because it was an active scene, Euclid City Schools made the decision to reroute buses that were due to drop students off in the area. Students who live within a two-street radius of the scene were taken to the Field House at Euclid Middle School to be picked up by parents.

No information has been made available on anyone involved in the shooting.
