Donald Trump is free to post to his heart's content about his ongoing civil fraud trial.
On Thursday, a judge lifted a gag order that barred Trump from criticizing the judge, prosecutors, or other court staff. Trump had already been fined twice for violating the order.
The appeals court found the order violated Trump's free speech rights.
Trump, his children, and other Trump Organization executives are accused of fraudulently inflating the value of Trump properties and assets. Trump testified in the trial last week.
