Well, things are going swimmingly in my life. If I failed to tell ya, my wife, Mary, is pregnant and we are expecting a baby girl in March. Actually, St. Patrick's Day.
We are truly blessed as little Lucia (Lucy) will join brothers Noah and Colin and sisters Samantha and Gina in the Carm and Mar Bear clan!!!!
On the work front, things are going well as my colleagues continue to make this a workplace that essentially is one of high school with paychecks.
That means this place is highly enjoyable and fun. If you could only see the great time we have at work while also staying focused and getting the job done.
In this business, you talk of so much negative material that you must find time to laugh or smile or you'll otherwise be doing something else for a living.
It was a bit of a tough football season (4-6) for my St. Edward Eagles as we welcomed new head coach Ricky Finotti to the Eagles Nest.
He's a young man who will hopefully be part of our program until the day he retires. Tremendous football mind and a man of tremendous values. Ricky's passion is also unmatched.
We are in very good hands at St. Ed's with regards to the football program. Oh, yes! My Mount Union Purple Raiders are headed to the playoffs again with hopes of winning another national championship.
(Photos below: Myself, Iron Chef Mike Symon and Cleveland Attorney Jimmy Sammon. We returned to our alma mater St. Edward for the annual "Wings Auction" in October. Also, photos of myself carrying the mail as a little shaver for Central in my youth football days in Fairview Park)

Wow! It has been quite some time since I last updated my blog. As you can see, there has been an unauthorized guest blogger on my page but that is mainly because I regularly forget to update my page.
Since we last met, things have changed quite a bit in my life. My son Colin is about to turn one year old.

And BULLETIN...BULLETIN....my wife Mary is preggers again! I already have a son, Noah, (7) and two daughters, Gina and Samantha (9 and 11 respectively).
I have come to the conclusion that I will never retire but that's ok. I have the work ethic of a country mule!!!! It's all good. I recently had a tremendous honor of being the Best Man in the wedding of Mr. and Mrs. Ryan and Heather Adkins.
Ryan is a young man I mentored a bit when he was a student-athlete at St. Edward High School and Mount Union College. He floored me and asked me to stand up with him on his wedding day.
Next to being called "Daddy", Ryan's request of me is the greatest honor I have ever received. He has no clue as to what it really means. He's awesome, his wife is awesome and I am much like a proud big bro in his family!
Life is great. As my brother Casey Coleman would say, "I am the luckiest guy in world!" Gosh, I quote him all the time!!

Until next time (Hopefully it's not 8 months),
Ciao...Carmen
Hello!
For those who check Carmen's blog, congratulations! You have come upon a brand new entry! I regret to inform you, however, that it's being penned and typed by someone not officially connected to Carmen Angelo, Inc. ©
Consider it an unauthorized update.
Since Carmen's last blog entry, which was in mid-Spring, quite a bit has happened in his busy life!
- Carmen took part in the Running of the Bulls in Pamplona, Spain. Upon learning that people have gotten gored in unpleasant areas, he responded, "Dude! I can't be losing the jewels!" Since then, he had the jewels appraised and insured for $32.
- Carmen began a second job as a printed daily information distributor. He may show up at your door in black knit-cap saying, "I want my two-dollars!"
- The kids began school, and it is Carmen's job to pack their lunches. To try and keep the mood light, he wears his "Alice" costume from the "Brady Bunch Collection". It's groovy and apparently gets him a discount at the local butcher.
- Carmen has given up smoking. For this, we applaud his efforts. However, the occasional breaking out into uncontrollable sobs has to stop.
- Carmen moved to Lakewood on to the same street as his news director. No one likes a brown-noser.
- Little Stud is now a phrase he uses to descibe his baby boy. This is a vast improvement upon the last item to have this designation.
- Carmen has decided to fly solo around the world to find out if Amelia Earhart is still missing.
- Carmen has considered changing his air name to "Phil McCracken". No one knows why. But it makes him giggle.
- After a failed attempt on the lesser NASCAR circuits, Carmen has painted his car green and yellow and painted the St. Edward logo on the hood. Every day he shows up at the school requesting his "promised sponsorship money".
- The local Taco Bell ran out of chili cheese burritos after Carmen stopped by following a particularly long day of working in the yard.
Many other things have happened, but Carmen will need to pass that along. With any luck it will be part of his next blog, "What I want for Christmas".
Thank you and thank you for visiting Carmen's page at WTAM.com!
