Mariel Rice is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Shaker Heights Police Department on a charge of kidnapping. It is alleged that Rice entered into an altercation with his girlfriend, which resulted in Rice holding the female against her will for a short time before she was able to escape. Rice also threatened the female stating that he would kill her and set her on fire.

Eric Williams

Eric Williams is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Lake County Sheriff�s Office on charges of Rape, Gross Sexual Imposition, and Kidnapping. Williams has an extensive criminal history which includes offenses for drug possession, drug trafficking, theft, and numerous probation violations.

Leland "Scott" Levert

Leland Levert is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Cuyahoga County Sheriff�s Office for engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, receiving stolen property, larceny, and failure to appear.

William Gonzalez

William Gonzalez is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Cleveland Police Department for Felonious Assault with a weapon. Gonzalez is the primary suspect in a shooting that occurred on July 21, 2008 on the west side of Cleveland. At the present time it is unknown if Gonzalez is still in possession of a weapon.

Jonathan Noland

Jonathan Noland is wanted by the U.S. Marshals on an escape charge. Noland was serving a 35 month sentence at FCI Manchester when he was released on a furlough to the Oriana House in Cleveland, Ohio. Noland never reported and is currently a fugitive from justice. Noland has an extensive criminal history which includes possession of a firearm, breaking and entering, aggravated menacing, felonious assault, rioting, forgery, and theft.

Timothy Krichbaum

Timothy Krichbaum is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Ohio Adult Parole Authority for a supervised release violation and escape charge. Krichbaum has an extensive criminal history which includes breaking and entering, burglary, domestic violence, and two narcotics convictions. Krichbaum should be approached with caution. At the present time it is unknown if Krichbaum is in possession of a weapon.

Leonardo Rodriguez aka "Joker"

Leonardo Rodriguez is wanted for Aggravated Robbery and Dangerous Drugs. Armed with weapons, Rodriguez and several associates raided 856 Livermore Lane in Elyria, OH with �Police� markings glaring on their chest and back.

Osvaldo Ortiz

Osvaldo Ortiz is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Cleveland Police Department for attempted murder, 2 counts of felonious assault, and kidnapping. Ortiz assaulted a female victim by slashing her throat and stabbing her in the back.

Bashaun A. Randle

Bashaun Randle is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Cleveland Police Department for assault on a peace officer, and resisting arrest. Randle�s criminal history is extensive and he has a history of violence.

Jurvan Knight

Jurvan Knight is wanted by the U.S. Marshals on a mandatory release violation for a felon in possession of a firearm offense. He also uses the alias Jureau Knight.

Michael and Shirelle Evans

Michael and Shirelle Evans are wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Cuyahoga County Sheriff�s Department for fraud and identity theft charges. This modern day Bonnie and Clyde are accused of stealing checks from the mail and cashing them illegally.

APPREHENDED Eliezer Caraballo

Eliezer Caraballo is wanted by the Lorain Police Department for Aggravated Robbery, Forgery and Theft. He also has four separate outstanding warrants for theft, robbery with a deadly weapon, dangerous ordnance and burglary.

Michael Wagner

Michael Wagner is wanted for probation violation by the San Diego County Sheriff�s Office for failure to register as a sex offender. Wagner was originally convicted of lewd or lascivious acts with a minor under fourteen years of age. He has an extensive criminal history which includes weapons offenses and is considered armed and dangerous.

Jerry Malone

Jerry Malone is wanted for failure to register as a sexual predator by the Lucas County Sheriff�s Office. Malone�s criminal history is extensive and violent. He first became involved with the criminal justice system in 1964 when he was arrested for Rape in Cleveland, OH.

Brandon Chambers aka �Killa B�

Brandon Chambers is wanted for Attempted Murder by the Orange County Sheriff�s Office in Orlando, FL. Chambers has been on the run for these charges since May of 2007. Chambers allegedly held a gun to the victim�s head as the victim drove Chambers in a vehicle. The victim caused an accident to escape in which the victim was able to flee the scene.

Louis Garcia

Louis Garcia is wanted for failure to register as a sexual predator. In May of 1985 Garcia was convicted of Rape and Kidnapping a 33 year female. Garcia has a lengthy criminal history which also includes Grand Theft and Felonious Assault.

Jovan Carter

Jovan Carter is wanted for a federal probation violation. Carter�s probation violation originates from his December 2005 case of possession with intent to distribute cocaine. Carter has been involved with the criminal justice system since 1995.

David Green

In June of 2000, David Green escaped from the Federal Correction Institution in Elkton, OH. In 1991, Green�s home in Georgia was raided and law enforcement found high powered rifles, automatic weapons, and drug paraphernalia. Green was tried and convicted for narcotics violations and was sentenced to 19.5 years in prison.

Geoffrey Donovan

Donovan is wanted for failure to appear for his sentencing and pretrial violations. He has been on the run since January 12, 1994.

Jermaine James AKA Belly, Jermaine Jones, Oral Daley

James and two other associates allegedly kidnapped a young woman in an attempt to collect $40,000 in exchange for the woman. The woman was being held allegedly for the $40,000 ransom due to a drug debt that was owed.
