Arcadio Flores Santiago is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office on charges of attempted murder. On August 29th of this year it is alleged that Santiago and his victim were walking towards a parking lot on Cleveland’s west side having a conversation when the exchange turned into an argument and Santiago became irritated and angry. Santiago then stabbed the victim numerous times in the abdomen.
Omar Williams is wanted by the U.S. Marshals on a homicide charge stemming from Orlando, Florida. On 4/4/2008 in Seminole County Florida, Williams shot and killed Anthony Flager at close range in the head in front of eye witnesses and calmly walked away. Williams then fled to the Rochester, New York area to hide with family members. Over the course of this past year new information has surfaced and it is believed that Williams may be hiding in the Cleveland and traveling back and forth to Rochester.
Jermaine Cousins is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Mentor Police Department on charges of aggravated robbery, felonious assault, and receiving stolen property. Cousins also has outstanding misdemeanor warrants with Shaker Heights Police Department, Lynhurst Police Department, and the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office.
Leonard Taylor is wanted by the U.S. Marshals, Elyria Police Department, and the Lorain County Sheriff’s Office on charges of robbery, and escape. Taylor was recently released from prison in Georgia in January 2009 after serving time for aggravated robbery.
Jennell May is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office on charges of attempted murder, and probation violations on a previous drug case. It is alleged that in June of 2009 May was involved in a domestic altercation and violently stabbed a male victim repeatedly with a knife. May should be considered dangerous and approached with caution.
Ladawn Burt is wanted by the U.S. Marshals on drug charges, receiving stolen property, and being a felon in possession of a firearm. Burt’s charges stem from the western Pennsylvania area and the U.S. Marshals PA Fugitive Task Force believe that he has fled to Ohio to avoid apprehension. Burt is heavily involved in the manufacturing and distribution of narcotics.
Vernon Taylor is wanted by the U.S. Marshals, and the Cleveland Police Department on charges of felonious assault, aggravated theft, robbery and burglary. In July 2009, Taylor allegedly acted with a group of three other males who reportedly attacked a male which resulted in the male suffering a broken jaw after being hit in the face with a crowbar. During the attack the victim was robbed of, among other items, his house keys. Cleveland Police have developed information to believe that Taylor then entered the victim’s home using the stolen keys and stole a number of items including a shotgun.
David Harris Jr. is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Ohio Adult Parole Authority for violating his parole on a homicide charge. Harris is also wanted by the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office on escape charges and for probation violations stemming from an additional drug charge.
Raymond Edwards is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office for violating his probation because he failed to register as a sexual offender. Edwards was convicted of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor in February of 2004.
Arthur Tolliver is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives on charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm. Tolliver was released from state prison earlier this month and was scheduled to be indicted federally.
Andre Wilsonis wanted by the U.S. Marshals, Cleveland Police Department, and the Shaker Heights Police Department on charges of aggravated robbery with a handgun. Wilson is also wanted by the Euclid Police Department on charges of vehicle theft.
Anthony Kempis wanted by the U.S. Marshals, the Portage County Sheriffs Office, the Bay Village Police Department and numerous other police agencies for multiple crimes and violations of law. KEMP is wanted for felony offenses to include theft and identity theft. He has numerous outstanding warrants for failing to appear for court and drug charges.
Maria Osorio is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Lorain County Sheriffs Department for Contempt of Court. Maria Osorio was originally charged in Lorain County with Robbery.
Anne Raneri is wanted by the U.S. Marshals for escape, tampering with records, providing false information, domestic violence, and probation violation. Raneri has been wanted since July, 1998 and is skilled at creating false identities.
Joseph Kirk is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Cleveland Division of Police on charges of attempted murder. Kirk is the primary suspect in an incident that took place at the D.P.G. (Dog Pound) Grill on May 17, 2009. Witnesses allege that Kirk and another individual were seen harassing a female victim in the establishment. When the victim left the bar later in the evening Kirk (who is captured on video tape) came from across the street and fired numerous shots at the woman.
Nathaniel Thornton is wanted by the Adult Parole Authority for a parole violation which originates from his 2001 rape conviction. Thornton is also wanted by the Lorain County Sheriff’s Office for flight to avoid to prosecution.
Grant Anderson is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Euclid Police Department on charges of armed robbery with a weapon. On June 10, 2009, Anderson is suspected of robbing the Cashland check cashing business with a Tec-9 semi-automatic handgun located at the corner of E185th Street and Lakeshore Boulevard in Euclid.
Tryone Corpening is wanted by the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office and the U.S. Marshals on charges of failure to register as a sex offender. In February 2009, Corpening was released from Mansfield Correctional Institution and failed to report and fulfill his obligations as a sexual offender. Corpening was convicted of the abduction of a 15 year old girl.
Michael Gross is wanted by the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office and the U.S. Marshals on charges of failure to register as a sex offender. In 2008, Gross was released from Lucasville Correctional Institution and over time has failed to report and fulfill his obligations as a sexual offender.
William Ramey is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Cuyahoga County Sheriffs Department for a Probation Violation. William Ramey was originally charged in Cuyahoga County with attempted murder. In that case it is alleged that on 05/22/2005 Ramey, while traveling in a vehicle, fired a handgun striking another vehicle occupied by the victims in the case.
Dartanion Brooks is wanted by the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office and the U.S. Marshals for not being in compliance with his sexual offender registration. Brooks was due in court in September of 2006 as part of his registration process and failed to report. Brooks has been capias since January 2007 for failure to verify, and failure to inform the county of his change of address.
Kenneth Painter is wanted by the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office and the U.S. Marshals for not being in compliance with his sexual offender registration. Painter is also wanted by the Stark County Sheriff’s Office on charges of failure to appear. It is alleged that in August of 2005 Painter was involved in an incident where he is being accused of discharging a weapon into an occupied residence.
Ryan Moore is wanted by the U.S. Marshals, the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office, and the Westlake Police Department on charges of narcotics trafficking. In March of 2008, Moore allegedly was involved in selling 8 ponds of marijuana to undercover narcotics agents in the parking lot of a business located at the corner of E55th Street and Superior Avenue. Moore was arrested under the identity Stacy Daye and subsequently released on bond pending his indictment.
Kenneth Morgan is wanted by the U.S. Marshals, Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office, and the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency on charges of obstruction of police carrying a concealed weapon. Morgan is an illegal alien from Jamaica who has assumed the identity of Kirk Reid.
Dontez Yeager is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Norton Police Department on charges of aggravated robbery and aggravated burglary. It is alleged that on 10/11/08 Yeager forced his way into the home of an elderly woman and stole approximately 3-4 thousand dollars in cash.
Timothy Butauski is wanted by the Cleveland Police Department for Kidnapping and Burglary. It is alleged that on February 02, 2009, Butauski and an accomplice forced their way into a home and robbed the owner, a young female. The two men demanded to know if the home owner had guns in the house and after she informed them there were no guns in the home the men searched the home and fled with cash. Butauski has a criminal history that includes multiple arrests for theft.
Juston Rodgers is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Cleveland Police Department on charges of aggravated robbery. It is alleged that Rodgers along with several other males were involved in attempting to steal a car.
James Slumber III is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Cleveland Police Department for aggravated menacing/stalking, and intimidation of a witness. Slumber is also wanted by the Cuyahoga County Sheriffs Office on a drug warrant.
Keith Blue is wanted by the U.S. Marshals, and the Akron Police Department on a forced entry burglary charge. Blue has an extensive criminal history which includes aggravated burglary, numerous incidents involving theft, grand theft auto, involuntary manslaughter, and escape.
Kenneth Simmons is wanted by the U.S. Marshals for failing to appear in court as a witness, and by the Cleveland Police Department and Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office for felonious assault. Simmons has a criminal history that includes offenses for domestic violence, felonious assault, assault on a police officer, and numerous probation violations.
Antonio Harris is wanted by the U.S. Marshals for a weapons offense, more specifically felon in possession of a firearm. Harris is to be considered armed and dangerous.
William Gonzalez is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Cleveland Police Department for Felonious Assault with a weapon. Gonzalez is the primary suspect in a shooting that occurred on July 21, 2008 on the west side of Cleveland. At the present time it is unknown if Gonzalez is still in possession of a weapon.
Michael and Shirelle Evans are wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Department for fraud and identity theft charges. This modern day Bonnie and Clyde are accused of stealing checks from the mail and cashing them illegally.
Michael Wagner is wanted for probation violation by the San Diego County Sheriff’s Office for failure to register as a sex offender. Wagner was originally convicted of lewd or lascivious acts with a minor under fourteen years of age. He has an extensive criminal history which includes weapons offenses and is considered armed and dangerous.
Jerry Malone is wanted for failure to register as a sexual predator by the Lucas County Sheriff’s Office. Malone’s criminal history is extensive and violent. He first became involved with the criminal justice system in 1964 when he was arrested for Rape in Cleveland, OH.
Brandon Chambers is wanted for Attempted Murder by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office in Orlando, FL. Chambers has been on the run for these charges since May of 2007. Chambers allegedly held a gun to the victim’s head as the victim drove Chambers in a vehicle. The victim caused an accident to escape in which the victim was able to flee the scene.
Louis Garcia is wanted for failure to register as a sexual predator. In May of 1985 Garcia was convicted of Rape and Kidnapping a 33 year female. Garcia has a lengthy criminal history which also includes Grand Theft and Felonious Assault.
Jovan Carter is wanted for a federal probation violation. Carter’s probation violation originates from his December 2005 case of possession with intent to distribute cocaine. Carter has been involved with the criminal justice system since 1995.
James and two other associates allegedly kidnapped a young woman in an attempt to collect $40,000 in exchange for the woman. The woman was being held allegedly for the $40,000 ransom due to a drug debt that was owed.
