The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of violent fugitive Jermaine James AKA Oral Daley. James/Daley is wanted for kidnapping by the East Cleveland Police Department.
James is a Jamaican citizen and was alleged to have been involved with Narcotics trafficking within the East Cleveland area. James has been on the run since July 2006. James and two other associates allegedly kidnapped a young woman in an attempt to collect $40,000 in exchange for the woman. The woman was being held allegedly for the $40,000 ransom due to a drug debt that was owed.
James has no identifiable Criminal History. James is a 28 year old black male, stands 6’2” and weighs approximately 180 lbs. James is known to use the alias’ “Belly”, “Jermaine Jones” and “Oral Daley”.
