Garcia is a 35 year old white male who stands 5’7” tall and weighs 170 lbs. Garcia’s last known address was 1956 E. 75th St., Cleveland, OH. Garcia has a tattoo of a flower on his right arm and a tattoo of a butterfly on his left.
