Michael Wagner is wanted for probation violation by the San Diego County Sheriff’s Office for failure to register as a sex offender. Wagner was originally convicted of lewd or lascivious acts with a minor under fourteen years of age. He has an extensive criminal history which includes weapons offenses and is considered armed and dangerous.
The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of violent fugitive, sex offender Michael Wagner.
Wagner is wanted for probation violation by the San Diego County Sheriff’s Office for failure to register as a sex offender. Wagner was originally convicted of lewd or lascivious acts with a minor under fourteen years of age. He has an extensive criminal history which includes weapons offenses and is considered armed and dangerous.
Wagner last registered as a sex offender in San Diego, CA on April 13, 2006. Investigation by the California Department of Justice revealed that Wagner never resided in San Diego.
The U.S. Marshals Service investigation has revealed that Wagner has associates throughout the greater Cleveland area. Wagner is a 47 year old black male who stands 6’2” tall and weighs approximately 170 lbs.
