The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Kenneth Simmons.
Simmons is wanted by the U.S. Marshals for failing to appear in court as a witness, and by the Cleveland Police Department and Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office for felonious assault. Simmons has a criminal history that includes offenses for domestic violence, felonious assault, assault on a police officer, and numerous probation violations.
Simmons is a 27 year old black male standing approximately 5’6”, and weighing 135 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Simmons is known to frequent the east side of Cleveland, specifically the area of Superior Ave. and E 55th Street.
