James Slumber III is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Cleveland Police Department for aggravated menacing/stalking, and intimidation of a witness. Slumber is also wanted by the Cuyahoga County Sheriffs Office on a drug warrant.
The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive James Slumber III.
Slumber is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Cleveland Police Department for aggravated menacing/stalking, and intimidation of a witness. Slumber is also wanted by the Cuyahoga County Sheriffs Office on a drug warrant. Slumber’s criminal history includes offenses for, carrying a concealed weapon, kidnapping, felonious assault, aggravated narcotics trafficking, receiving stolen property, assault of a corrections officer, aggravated burglary, breaking & entering, resisting arrest, and obstructing official business. Slumber should be considered dangerous and approached with caution.
Slumber is a 30 year old black male standing approximately 5’9”, and weighing 156 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Slumber is known to frequent East Cleveland, specifically the area of East 128th Street and Kinsman Avenue.
