The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitives Charles Weaver and Bobbi Boylan.
The husband and wife tandem are wanted by the U.S. Marshals, Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office, and the Lakewood Narcotics Unit for drug trafficking. It is alleged that Weaver and Boylan are involved in moving a significant amount of cocaine base throughout the western suburbs of Cleveland.
Charles Weaver’s criminal history includes convictions for drug possession, possession of criminal tools, and drug trafficking. Bobbi Boylan’s criminal history includes a failure to appear on a fraud charge(bad checks), drug possession, and trafficking. Weaver is a 26 year old white male, approximately 5’11” tall, 140 lbs. Boylan is a 24 year old white female approximately 5’5” tall, and 120 lbs. Boylan may also be using the alias Bobbi Weaver. The couple is believed to be hiding somewhere on Cleveland’s west side, specifically the Old Brooklyn area.
