Kenneth Morgan is wanted by the U.S. Marshals, Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office, and the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency on charges of obstruction of police carrying a concealed weapon. Morgan is an illegal alien from Jamaica who has assumed the identity of Kirk Reid.
The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Kenneth Morgan.
Morgan is wanted by the U.S. Marshals, Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office, and the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency on charges of obstruction of police carrying a concealed weapon. Morgan is an illegal alien from Jamaica who has assumed the identity of Kirk Reid. Morgan has a lengthy criminal history which includes offenses for felonious assault, resisting arrest, aggravated vehicular assault, having weapons under disability, and carrying a concealed weapon. Morgan should be approached with caution and considered armed and dangerous. Loaded weapons have been found during the course of Morgan’s last to arrests.
Morgan is a 37 year old black male standing approximately 5’10”, and weighing 160 pounds. He has black hair and has brown eyes. Morgan has contacts throughout Cleveland’s east side, but is believed to be in the area of E 163rd street and Miles avenue.
