Ryan Moore is wanted by the U.S. Marshals, the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office, and the Westlake Police Department on charges of narcotics trafficking. In March of 2008, Moore allegedly was involved in selling 8 ponds of marijuana to undercover narcotics agents in the parking lot of a business located at the corner of E55th Street and Superior Avenue. Moore was arrested under the identity Stacy Daye and subsequently released on bond pending his indictment.
The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Ryan Moore.
Moore is wanted by the U.S. Marshals, the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office, and the Westlake Police Department on charges of narcotics trafficking. In March of 2008, Moore allegedly was involved in selling 8 ponds of marijuana to undercover narcotics agents in the parking lot of a business located at the corner of E55th Street and Superior Avenue. Moore was arrested under the identity Stacy Daye and subsequently released on bond pending his indictment. At this time Moore is a fugitive from justice. Moore has been known to use numerous alias names to include Stacy Daye, Cecil Samuels, and Dean Crowder.
Moore is 42 year old, black male who stands 5’09” tall and weighs approximately 140 lbs. Moore has numerous contacts throughout Cleveland’s east side. He specifically frequents the area surrounding Euclid Avenue and Superior Avenue in East Cleveland, as well as the area of E105th Street and Superior Avenue in Cleveland.
