The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Anthony Kemp.
Kemp is wanted by the U.S. Marshals, the Portage County Sheriffs Office, the Bay Village Police Department and numerous other police agencies for multiple crimes and violations of law. Kemp is wanted for felony offenses to include theft and identity theft. He has numerous outstanding warrants for failing to appear for court and drug charges. Kemp has a violent criminal history and he should be approached with extreme caution.
Kemp is a 40 year old black male standing approximately 5’11”, and weighing 225 pounds. He has a bald head or brown hair and brown eyes. Kemp has been known to stay on either the east side of Cleveland or in Euclid, OH.
