Arthur Tolliver is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives on charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm. Tolliver was released from state prison earlier this month and was scheduled to be indicted federally.
The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Arthur Tolliver.
Tolliver is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives on charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm. Tolliver was released from state prison earlier this month and was scheduled to be indicted federally. To date Tolliver has not shown up in federal court to answer to his indictment. Tolliver is aware of his legal situation and is actively avoiding law enforcement.
Tolliver has a lengthy criminal history which includes many offenses involving violent crimes. Tolliver is 34 year old, black male who stands 6’01” tall and weighs approximately 210 lbs. Tolliver has numerous contacts and family members throughout the Cleveland area. He specifically frequents the area surrounding W. 116th Street and Western Avenue. Tolliver is also known to visit the Akron area. Tolliver has been seen on the 1200 block of Coventry Street in Akron. Tolliver is also known to use the aliases Frazier Tolliver, James Phillips, Larzell Thomas, and Donald White.
