David Harris Jr. is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Ohio Adult Parole Authority for violating his parole on a homicide charge. Harris is also wanted by the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office on escape charges and for probation violations stemming from an additional drug charge.
The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive David Harris.
Harris is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Ohio Adult Parole Authority for violating his parole on a homicide charge. Harris is also wanted by the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office on escape charges and for probation violations stemming from an additional drug charge. In August of 1991, Harris and two other males were involved in an incident that took place as retribution for non payment of a drug deal. The three men conducted a drive by shooting and fire bombing of a residence in Garfield Heights. The shooting resulted in the death of a male victim who was struck in the head within the house. Harris is considered violent and should be approached with caution.
Harris is a 43 year old black male standing approximately 6’2”, and weighing 240 pounds. He has black and has brown eyes. Harris has contacts throughout the Cleveland area, but is known to frequent the area around Miles Avenue and E 131st Street in Garfield Heights. Harris has used a previous address on E144th Street.
