(Cleveland)
- According to Neighborhoodscout.com, two Northeast Ohio communities rank among the best in the United States to retire in.

Neighborhoodscout.com searched across the U.S. to compile a list of the top 20 retirement areas, taking into account criteria such as safety, quiet, level of education in seniors and other adults, scenery, housing choices, and affordability.

Brecksville's Royalton Road / Old Royalton Road neighborhood ranked as second best in America. Among other things, its education rating is 9/10, its safety rating is 83/100, and 20% of its residents are 65 years of age or older.

Lyndhurst's Richmond Road / Cedar Road neighborhood ranked fourteenth on the list. Its education rating is also 9/10, its safety rating is 92/100, and it has country clubs to add to its attractions.

A Chagrin Falls neighborhood was also mentioned as having high-ranking qualities, but did not make the list due to its higher cost of living.

The Central City area of Englewood, Florida ranked #1 value in the nation for retirement living.
