Jeremiah Jackson is nabbed by SWAT officers in Cleveland Heights.
(Cleveland) – Police have made an arrest in the killing of a worker at the Soap Opera Laundromat on Thursday.
Detectives report that 29 year old Jeremiah Jackson was arrested by the SWAT Team around 11 o’clock Saturday night.
Officers stormed a home on Hillcrest Road in Cleveland Heights. Investigators say they acted on intelligence gathered by the U.S. Marshall's Service, and Jackson was captured without incident.

U.S. Marshall Pete Elliot says they had received tips from the public and also worked with the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office and Cleveland Heights Police. He explains that citizen participation is a key factor in tracking wanted felons.
Jackson was booked for the murder of Tracy Pickryl, the worker who was gunned down during an early morning hold up, at the laundromat on West 25th Street. Detectives say Jackson is also wanted for crimes in Lorain and Sandusky Counties.

Cleveland Police Lt. Bob Romoga says a gunman entered the 24-hour Soap Opera Laundry on West 25th around 4:30am and shot up the place.
The Cuyahoga County Coroner’s Office says the v38-year-old victim was shot in the head. Another worker inside the laundromat was not injured, but remained visabily shaken by the attack.
