(Cleveland)
- Crews are on the scene of a building collapse in downtown Cleveland.

This is at East 14th and Prospect, the old Goodyear Building.  The three-story commercial structure was vacant.

The fire department says part of the roof caved in Friday morning, along with the second floor.

As of now, there are no reports of injuries.

The Fire Chief says age, decay and overall dampness contributed to the collapse. He's recommending that the structure be razed.

Pictures from the scene do show a wall bowed out, as well as an old service bay garage door.
