(Cleveland)- Cast members of the Broadway musical "Mary Poppins" that's playing at Playhouse Square provided children at Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital in Cleveland with a spoonful of sugar.

A group of children and their parents watched clips from the theater production and then cast members taught the kids some of the hand choreography for the song "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious."

The kids also walked away with Mary Poppins cds, dvds, and books.

Cast member Jesse Swimm says, the show lets kids be whatever they want to be and takes them away from what's going on in their life. It takes them to a magical place.

Karen Chrisler of Parma Heights brought her daughter to the event and says, for a trying time its a nice break.

Mary Poppins is playing at Cleveland’s Playhouse Square through August 6th.
